Are you ready for launch? The Honda Pilot takes flight with the help of a 3.5L i-VTEC® V6. It’s direct-injected engine that produces 280 horsepower and 262 lb-ft of torque. Since this engine is engineered to be equally powerful and efficient, you won’t need to land for frequent fuel stops. In fact, the 2022 Honda Pilot achieves an EPA-estimated 20 city and 27 highway MPG on all trims with standard 2-wheel drive.*

From windy mornings to stormy nights, the Honda Pilot stays steady on its course thanks to its standard Intelligent Traction Management system. Once you’re soaring down the highway, it’s time to start your entertainment for the rest of the flight. On the standard 8-inch touchscreen, access your playlists, contacts, and other apps via Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ integration. When you upgrade a higher trim, the wireless phone charger will keep your smartphone powered up until you pull into your destination.

The standard tri-zone automatic climate control system allows the driver, co-pilot, and second-row passengers to customize their zones. That way, passengers can select the temperature they’d like, and the system will maintain it.

Is there a commotion going on in the rear? Activate optional CabinTalk®, the Pilot’s PA system. Your voice will be projected over the speakers to easily speak with the other passengers in your ride.

Honda Pilot Safety: Safely Reach the Runway with Honda Sensing® Technology

The runway is in sight! Safely land and pull into your destination with the assistance of Honda Sensing®, a standard package of driver-assistive systems. With this suite, you’ll have these systems to aid you on your journey:

• Lane Keeping Assist System: Have you drifted out of your intended lane? If you have, this feature can apply steering corrections to bring your Pilot back to the center of the lane.
• Collision Mitigation Braking System™ (CMBS™): This advanced system monitors the road ahead to alert the driver of an impending frontal collision. It can even apply the brakes, if necessary.
• Adaptive Cruise Control: Once you set a desired speed, this feature maintains that speed for you. It also adjusts to the flow of highway traffic to keep you at a safe distance from the car ahead of you.
• Road Departure Mitigation System: By using a windshield-mounted camera, this feature identifies the lane lines to ensure you stay within them. If it senses that you’re drifting out of your lane, it’ll send you a warning message.
