Overall Design Changes 

With the release of the 2019 Civic, it’s clear Honda was planning to turn some heads. Gone is the standard silver grille; it has been replaced with a solid and shiny piano black. The front-end redesign makes the Civic look a bit more aggressive than previous models. In the tail end, drivers will find the stunning C-Shaped taillights that lend to the overall aerodynamic appearance of this new model.

On the inside, you’ll find an even better driver interface system that features a five-inch color LED screen for better visibility, access, and control. In addition, drivers will have the convenience of the multi-angle rearview camera that presents a full picture of what is behind the vehicle to allow for safer and easier reversing.

All New Sport Trim Level

While the Civic still offers their standard trim levels with the LX, EX, EX-L, and Touring, they’ve added a Sport model to their lineup. This model gives drivers the option of a Continuous Variable Transmission with paddle shifters and the convenience of push-button start.

You’ll also love the appearance of the new Civic Sport with the addition of a decklid spoiler, 18-inch alloy wheels, fog lights, and centered exhaust. On the inside, things are even more sporty with the all red gauges and sports pedals. From this model up, drivers will also have maximum smart phone connectivity with the addition of Apple CarPlay™ and Android Auto™ capabilities.

With the redesign, the 2019 model is the first Civic to offer standard Honda Sensing®. The advanced driver assistance suite offers several different safety features to prevent collisions like:

This Honda Sensing® system works with you and your safe driving practices to prevent traffic collisions. The Collision Mitigation Braking System™ will adjust your brake pressure when a potential collision is detected, while the Road Departure Mitigation System can assist in slowing your vehicle when you cross lanes of traffic without a signal.
